More than a month ago I stared my blog but I didn’t write anything. I have a lot excuses to blame myself but I wanto go foward so I am going to write a couple of thoughts while I can write something more academic or relevant.
Thinking about IA and neural techniques in machine learning a question emerge: it is possible to rething symbolic fields. I mean, If we consider a machine as a valid intelocutor, we must accept how the symbolic field will be affected with meanings that we didn’t consider before. Probably we can talk about a machine (algorithm) agency to start an activity but in a symbolic fild we must to rethink how it will be its participation.
It’s quite impressive how many data is create without to reflect about by a user. The conset is more than a box to click pursuing to allow you to have a service online. When Simondons write about a technical though is related to know more about how a machine works but in our case I think we need to teach how a digital/mechanical life works.
I mean, a toddler probbably knows how to play a video in a tablet but ignores which video is adequate or even better for it (and its prupose). A young adolescent probably knows how to interact in a social web but is probabbly too, that it never considers seriously how many risks have to live in a social life.
I am trying to illustrate the necessity to create (or rethink) a technical mind/thought as a integrate part of our life.
Many days and many lectures give me a small idea about the notion/idea of extended mind. I didn’t explore it enough to create my possision or my idea about it but I need to say that concept is really to explore and work about it.
